We had a great time staying @Hilton Birmingham. Staff were accommodating. Clean and quiet place. Foods were good.

Location is excellent surrounded by trees and away from crowded and noisy areas. The receptionist was very professional and helpful regarding a mistake in my booking as my booking app didn't convey the complete details of my booking. They didn't have any idea that I have a 12 year old child added to my booking and also didn't get the information that I needed 2 adjacent rooms, but they managed to sort it out. Breakfast was great. There was no fridge in the room despite saying there was one during booking, but I didn't need it, so I ignored it. The worst part was the pool staff. They were rude and irogant. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely go there again if we visit Birmingham again.

The hotel common areas are very nice. The twin room we had was OK, although a little tired, with no window! (On the first floor as well.) Service was excellent. We had an issue that was resolved quickly to our satisfaction.

Booked this hotel for a night away as we were going to a show in the NEC, Hotel is lovely we used the pool which was great plenty of room and comfortable loungers. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Walked to resort world to have food and drinks there’s a bit of everything in there and we really enjoyed, only a 5 min walk along the path, will definitely return
